What is High School Conference?

High School Conference (HSC) is a free annual event where we invite high school students from around San Diego to SDSU, to present them various opportunities provided and pursue a higher education while overall promoting a greater appreciation for academic success. The event holds workshops that address topics that range from educating students about possible career paths to teaching them about Vietnamese culture, and though we highlight Vietnamese-American stories and culture, you most definitely do not have to be Vietnamese to join. We welcome students from all backgrounds to participate in HSC. High school students are also encouraged and given the opportunity to network with current SDSU students and faculty to gain more knowledge of valuable resources that will help guide them towards their future academic plans.

SDSU hosted it’s 2nd annual HSC this year. Check out our recap video to see how it went!
